Okay, thank you, Jim Teece for showing this to the class. This does relate to my blog posts “Are OG Tags Worth the Pain?” After this class, I know that they are worth the pain. I cannot believe that Morgan Stanley hasn’t figured this out! The image above shows a copy of an ad from the School of Business Facebook for internships with Morgan Stanley. You cannot even tell the company who is being referenced. Honestly, if it weren’t for Nichole doing an excellent job and posting the information, I would have no idea what is going on.
Morgan Stanley needs to work on their OG tags. The description should be present. The website title should pop out and most importantly the image needs to have some value. I think they should hire one of Jim’s students as an intern to help with their Internet Marketing and campaign.
