The West Coast “Grill Master”

Something I do for fun! Since the ripe age of twelve I have been making authentic Philly Cheesesteaks. I was taught by my father who was born and raised in Chester, Pennsylvania, where he grew up working in a local Philly Cheesesteak shop. Even though it is difficult to find the right ingredients here on the West coast, there are still similar items. What we can’t find here we do ship out from the East coast.

Honestly, I have been back to Philly and have eaten a Cheesesteaks from the local shops, and it’s hard to tell the difference between mine and the “originals.” I have made several cheesesteaks for East coast individuals all of them said the same thing. As a result, I was dubbed “The West Coast “Grill Master” at a young age of 15. So, for dinner last night, I made cheesesteaks, and they were awesome. They are the few things I know how to cook, so those are the nights I volunteer to cook for my parents.

Anyway, I just had to share the photos of these delicious cheesesteaks that I made.
